Rubber Ducky is a trading brand operated by Sinful Limited. We pack orders discreetly and aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Dispatch timing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Dispatch can take longer during busy periods, public holidays, courier delays, stock delays, or where we need to verify order details.

Shipping rates

New Zealand orders from $0.00 to $99.94: $10.00 standard New Zealand shipping.
New Zealand orders $99.95 and over: free shipping.
Australia: $25.00 standard shipping.
Rest of world: $45.00 standard shipping.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary by courier, delivery address, rural delivery, customs processing, public holidays, and events outside our control.

New Zealand: usually 1 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Australia: usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: usually 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If your order appears delayed or you believe there is an issue with delivery, please email hello@sinful.co.nz with your order number.

International orders, customs, and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or restrictions that apply in their country. Please check your local import rules before ordering adult products.
